The report comes to you.

BInbox turns a company's data into a filterable dashboard and a slide deck that exports to native PowerPoint. The summary arrives by email: on a schedule, when new data lands, or when a number crosses a line.

Three outputs from one set of numbers

Every chart, table and sentence comes from the same model of the data, so the dashboard, the deck and the email never disagree.

  • A dashboard

A subject strip, up to 4 charts and up to 12 tables. Filter by any dimension, any period and any set of peers. Only what you ask for is computed.

  • A slide deck

72 standard slides and your own, built from the data. Export to PowerPoint with native charts: every bar is a bar, not a picture, and text fits without shrinking.

  • An email

The headline, the four numbers and the chart, in the inbox. Monthly, when new data lands, or when a number crosses a threshold you set.

How it works

Four steps, done once per dataset. A later file with the same columns reuses everything.

  1. Bring the data

Upload a CSV of any shape, or connect a warehouse. Files of several hundred megabytes stay responsive.

  2. Say what the columns mean

Each column gets a role: time, dimension or measure. Hierarchies, aggregation rules and calculated metrics are set without code and saved with the dataset.

  3. Pick a subject

Any member of any level can be the subject of a report. Peers, rankings and comparisons follow from the hierarchy.

  4. Send it

Choose who gets what, and when. Row-level rules mean each reader sees only the rows they may see, in every chart and every export.

Any data, your systems

Nothing assumes one schema or one industry. Connections are read-only with the least privilege they need, and credentials never reach the browser.

Numbers you can stand behind

Missing data shows as blank, never as a zero. A slide the data cannot support says why instead of showing something wrong. Every figure the platform computes is checked against a reference: 2,678,000 values compared on the test dataset, none differ.

Your brand, not ours

Every customer can replace the colours, fonts, logo and legal line. The platform's own chrome is graphite and stays out of the way, so your chart palette never fights a button.
